AX / 04 · Public funding & tenders
Find the public money your company qualifies for.
Tell Astorre X Opportunity what your company needs: how much, for what, and which kind of money. It finds grants, subsidies, loans, guarantees, tax incentives, investor organisations and, if you want them, public tenders, from the selected official sources we have connected. It explains how well each one fits and prepares the application material. Submission stays with you.

The problem
You qualify. You find out too late.
The notices exist, publicly, on official portals — spread across agencies, written in administrative language, with deadlines that are easy to miss. Nobody in a 40-person company has the job of reading them every week. The cost is rarely a rejected application. It is an application never made.
How it works
From your company profile to a prepared application.
We find, assess and draft. You review and apply.
- Your company profileLegal form, where you operate, what you do, R&D activity — about five minutes, kept as your own statements.
- Sources checkedThe official sources connected for your country are read, with the source document and the time we read it kept.
- Relevance, explainedEach opportunity scored across six dimensions, with the formula and the facts it used.
- EvidenceRequirement by requirement: met, missing, and where in the original text the answer came from.
- Application materialA package and a draft built from your recorded facts — with what is still missing named.
- You submitOn the authority’s own portal, after your own review. We never submit.
What you get
Read five, not two hundred.
Finding
- Selected official sourcesOpportunities from the sources we have connected for your country, each stored with full provenance.
- Three dates, never mergedPublished by source · first seen · last checked — and an old notice carries its age.
- Change trackingWhen a source changes a notice, the new version is recorded and dependent analyses are marked stale.
- Possible duplicates flaggedWith the matching signals shown — never silently merged.
Assessing
- Six-dimension fitMarket, capability, geography, technology, strategy and project — each with its score and formula.
- A written reason for every resultIncluding why a rating was held back.
- Requirement-by-requirement eligibilityWhat is met, what is missing, and the line in the original text.
- Value and costEstimated only where the source publishes the figures.
Preparing
- Application packageSummary, your position on each stated requirement, and an evidence pack.
- Draft text from your own factsWith an explicit list of what it could not fill in.
- Documents and evidence exportUploads stored with integrity checks; provenance and source documents exportable.
- Review and approval trailWho reviewed and approved what — invite colleagues and assign roles.
Why you can trust the results
It shows its work. It refuses to invent.
Coverage, honestly
Netherlands and the EU. Romania, Italy, Germany and Spain live.
We add a country one official source at a time, and only where the source allows it — by open licence or written consent. No country is certified as fully supported, and an empty result is not proof that nothing exists.
Netherlands · strongest, still partial
RVO · ROM · TenderNed
Netherlands Enterprise Agency subsidies and financing, regional development agencies and MIT regional schemes, official and local publications (KOOP, CVDR), and public tenders on TenderNed.
European Union · alongside your country
EU Funding & Tenders · Access to Finance
EU programme calls, EU-backed loans and guarantees through local banks, EIF-backed fund managers and members of the EBAN angel network (organisations only).
Live · Romania · Italy · Germany · Spain
AFIR · incentivi.gov.it · Förderdatenbank · BDNS
One national funding source per country: Romania’s rural investment agency (with its written consent), Italy’s national incentives portal, Germany’s federal funding database (both open data) and Spain’s national subsidy register. Next: France and Belgium.
Inside Opportunity, a coverage page shows for each country which of the categories below are read, partly covered or not covered — and which sources we do not cover, and why.

Questions
Straight answers before you start.
Which countries do you cover?
We read official sources in the Netherlands, programmes run at EU level, and one national funding source each in Romania (AFIR, with its written consent), Italy (incentivi.gov.it), Germany (the federal Förderdatenbank) and Spain (BDNS, the national subsidy register). France and Belgium come next. Each company sees opportunities for its own country and the EU. Coverage is partial everywhere: the Netherlands is the deepest, and inside the product a coverage page shows exactly which sources we read and which we do not.
Will it find everything?
No. We read the sources we have connected, and we tell you which those are. An empty result is not proof that nothing exists.
How current is the list?
Sources are read during controlled discovery runs. Your list is as current as the most recent run, and each opportunity shows when it was last checked.
Why three dates?
They mean different things. Published by source is the date the authority put on the notice. First seen is when we first found it for you. Last checked is when a run last confirmed the record still exists — it does not mean the authority republished it.
Does it write my application?
It prepares an application package and a draft text from the facts and documents you provide, and states plainly what it could not fill in. Scoring and drafting are deterministic, and the reasoning is shown on screen.
Does it submit for me?
Never. You submit on the authority’s own portal, after your own review.
Is there a language model in it?
No language model is involved. Scoring and drafting run on explicit published rules, and you can see the formula and the facts each result used.
How do you decide something fits?
Six dimensions — market, capability, geography, technology, strategy and project — each showing its score and the company facts it used. A strong rating requires a match on what the opportunity is actually about; being in the right country is not enough.
Can I check where a result came from?
Yes. Each opportunity keeps the source URL, the time we fetched it, a hash of the content and the original document.
Is my data separate from other customers?
Yes — isolated per organisation and enforced in the database.
What if I cancel?
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your data can be exported and is removed according to the retention policy.
Can I use it for more than one company?
No — one company per subscription, enforced by the plan.
Is there an app?
It runs in your browser. There is nothing to install — and if you have the Astorre X app, it opens Opportunity without a second sign-in.
Do you guarantee I will get funding?
No, and nobody honestly can. It improves what you can see and act on in time; the decision remains the authority’s.
